Edelway is a pan-European IT Services company with over 200 consultants on assignment in Europe; on behalf of our global multinational client in Barcelona we are actively looking for an experienced IT Project Manager Outsourcing Service Desk to join their team on a long term project.
Start: Urgent - 1st September mandatory
Location: Barcelona area - some travel in Europe might be required
Mission: To deliver a comprehensive outsource package including methodology in the area of Service Desk
Domains: Outsourcing of IT L1 frontline Service Desk (Global, Regional, Local)
*Deliver a comprehensive package that will cover all needs to delivery on objective to outsource the L1 Service Desk including/ or excluding the System
*Management/Service Management tool.
* Proven track in similar projects
* Market intimacy for key Service Desk Outsource provider
* Knowledge in System Management/Service Management Tools
* Automated self-service portal deployments
* Minimum: Bachelor degree in the area of IT
* ITIL v3 Certification ideally
* Fluent in English
