Tech Center Specialist
Edelway is a Pan-European IT Services company with over 200 consultants on assignment in Europe. We are currently looking for a Tech Center Specialist to join the team of our global pharmaceutical client in Basel on long term basis.
THE ROLE :
As Tech Center Specialist, you will :
- Realize handout and delivery of mobile devices for users
- Manage the first logins with the users on their laptop and giving them an introduction on the system.
- Incident management from initial contact through ticketing, user interactions and fixes to ticket closure.
- Correct documentation and correct 'incident passover' to other Tech Centers and solver groups.
- Take care of incidents and requests which are getting assigned by the dispatcher.
- Assist the embedded supporters on administrative work.
- Escalate according to escalation policy.
- Run Tech Center sessions on different topics.
- Handout and first login of PCLCM (PC LifeCycle Management) devices.
THE SKILLS :
- First experience in IT Support (1st and 2nd level)
- Good knowledge on Handout and Delivery of mobile devices
START: ASAP/JANUARY 2016
