Our global prestigious end Client, is now looking to hire its ISSales & Marketing Digital Director to join them and lead their digital transformation programs across all departments with a focus on IT Sales & Marketing. This is a permanent employment opportunity and the role is based out of Paris. Fluent English is required. An excellent package is on offer for the right person. The team is composed of 8 direct reports plus external supplier resources. You will be responsible for all IT Sales & Marketing / Digital programs globally. You willreport directly to the CIO.
Define the global digital strategy of the group according to business objectives and lead it's the digital transformation.
Develop the Corporate Marketing digital strategy; Design the corporate digital ecosystem and define the touchpoints strategy to outreach corporate targets (candidates, media, KOLs, etc).
Lead IT/IS Sales & Marketing projects (pricing, marketing, order to cash..) and company mobility programs.
Focus your efforts on the Customer Experience, and how digital can & will improve it.
Collect Business requirements raised by the business and proposing new innovative ideas;
Lead the Content Marketing, Digital Asset Management, Marketing Automation, CLM/CRM, Analytics, CI Consumer Insights, capture information from social media, Storytelling, keep updated on trends etc.
Develop CRM and be the direct point of contact between the business and suppliers
Act as the single point of contact concerning the projects and provide proactive feed-back to stakeholders including at steering and operational committees.
Communicate with line managers and stakeholders project risks early, and assist by providing factual and timely recommendations for risks management. Ensure project deliverables and quality. Test and validate the proposed developments / improvements for the implementation.
10 years+ work experience leading IT Sales Marketing / Digital projects within multinational organisation;
Solid experience as a Project Manager with ideally certification to support this: PMP, Prince2
Strong business orientation; Business processes background in Sales & Marketing, such as sales operations, marketing, order to cash
Experience in digital such as Content Marketing, Digital Asset Management, Marketing
Automation, CLM/CRM, Analytics, CI Consumer Insights, Storytelling, CRM, mobile
Distinctive skills stakeholders' management
Fluent English is mandatory and fluent French is a strong plus.
